Ever since the beginning of 2016-2017 television season, I’ve been swamped and have been playing an endless game of catch-up. Fortunately, due to the 4-day Thanksgiving holiday, I finally emptied my DVR this weekend, and this included watching the past 5 episodes of Timeless. Several other shows, however, drew the short straw and got the dreaded “Delete” button instead, but not Timeless. You may now ask , “Was it worth it?” Well, all I have to say is thank goodness I decided to give this series a shot because I can say positively and emphatically that I’m now 100% hooked.
In tomorrow’s episode, as the nation waits to hear the fate of the astronauts of Apollo 11, Flynn (Goran Višnjic) arrives near mission control, intending to rewrite the events of that momentous day. Hot on his trail, Lucy (Abigail Spencer), Wyatt (Matt Lanter), and Rufus (Malcolm Barrett ) need to be bolder than ever and call upon one of history’s unsung heroes if they’re going to have a shot at setting things right.
Episode 1.08 of Timeless is titled “Space Race” and airs Monday at 10/9c on NBC.
