Last week’s fantastic premiere ended with Eph and Nora finding the 2 test subjects they were looking for so that they could begin their research on finding a treatment for the strigoi pathogen. In tomorrow’s episode, after realizing that a cure per se is impossible, Drs. Goodweather and Martinez begin working against the clock in finding some other virus that will neutralize the strigoi pathogen but at the same time, not kill humans.
In the meantime, Setrakian continues his quest for the Occido Lumen which culminates with some more great flashbacks but this time while he was a professor in Vienna. You will be very surprised who approaches the young Abraham and commissions him to find the ancient book.
Finally, Vasily and Dutch continue what they do best and that is make a day out of killing as many munchers on Fet’s block as possible. For the Kevin Durand fans out there, you will absolutely love this episode because this is a big one for Vasily. I had the opportunity to chat with Kevin yesterday about this pivotal episode, as well as about Season 2, and so, be sure to check back early Monday for that interview.
