Warning: Spoilers Ahead
It’s been almost a week since it was announced that this would be the final season of The Good Wife, but truth be told here, I’m still bummed out. Watching Alicia Florrick go through her up’s and down’s over the past 7 seasons makes you feel like you’re almost friends, thus making the show ending even more depressing. The good news is we still have 9 episodes left, and I have no doubt that they will be some of the series’ best.
In this week’s episode, Alicia has trouble adjusting when she returns to work at Lockhart, Agos & Lee with Lucca. Their first case, involving a secret new computer tablet, causes a rift within the firm. But, there is one good thing in all of this, and that is a handsome fellow by the name of Jason Crouse (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). And, given last week’s steamy kiss, I have a feeling things are about to heat up between Alicia and her former investigator. At least let’s hope.
Episode 7.14 of The Good Wife is titled “Monday” and airs Sunday at 9/8c on CBS.
