Warning: Spoilers Ahead
With this week’s episode, we are officially at mid-season, and just like the season 2 finale that dropped a bomb or two in our laps (most notably the Castor clones), tomorrow’s episode has a couple of reveals that I’m sure will shock the fans just as much.
I’ve seen the episode, and while I really don’t want to spoil anything for the fandom, here are a few teasers of what to expect:
1. Cosima finally decides to take Felix’s advice and puts her profile out there on an online dating site. She actually gets lucky and meets up with a girl that she really likes, and we get some good lesbo action that has been lacking since Delphine left in the season premiere. Unfortunately, the audience is privy to some information that makes us believe this new girl in Cosima’s life isn’t quite as she seems. Delphine you definitely need to hurry up and get your ass back here!
2. Helena still doesn’t believe that Sarah didn’t sell her out and does something really terrible out of revenge for the perceived betrayal. Believe me, you’ll hate Helena by the end of the episode (if you didn’t already).
3. After being shunned by her “family,” Gracie is now staying with Mrs. S and Felix, and there are plenty of uncomfortable scenes between those 3.
4. Helena being institutionalized most of her life really works to her advantage in this episode. Let’s just say that only Helena could find a way to escape a prison cell with only a set of tweezers and a dozen packets of butter.
5. The final scene is the most shocking of the episode and pay particular attention to it. All I say is that there is a huge reveal that connects Gracie, the girl that Rudy and Seth had the tryst with and basically any other woman that the Caster clones had been intimate with.
Episode 3.05 of Orphan Black is titled “Scarred By Many Past Frustrations” and airs Saturday at 9/8c on BBC America.
