We have been teased for months that we will finally get to meet Flynn’s (Tony Denison) daughter this season, and the wait is finally over. Truth be told, this is the episode I’ve been waiting for. Flynn is one of my favorite characters in the series, and with some real family now in the picture, the hope is we’ll finally get some more of his back story.
In tomorrow’s episode, a Hollywood comeback is interrupted when a former child star is found dead on skid row, leaving the director of the actor’s current movie and his manager as prime suspects. Flynn’s daughter (guest star Torrey DeVitto) comes to visit and the true nature of Sharon (Mary McDonnell) and Flynn’s relationship comes to light.
Ransford Doherty, Carlos Bernard, Justina Machado and Jason Dolley guest star.
Episode 3.13 of Major Crimes is titled “Acting Out” and airs tomorrow night at 9/8c on TNT.
