In this week’s episode, when a gang from El Salvador infiltrates Chicago, Intelligence works with a visiting detective to put an end to the crew’s brutal tactics. And Antonio (Jon Seda) finds himself getting close to the Salvadoran Detective, Marcella Gomez (guest star Sofia Lama), only to learn she has a hidden motive for being in Chicago. Meanwhile, Voight (Jason Beghe) learns that the body of his son’s killer has been found.
Given that last sentence, needless to say, this should be a very interesting episode. After Lindsay left and given that we know she’s the one who hid the body of Voight’s son’s killer, I really wondered if that storyline would ever be revisited. Well, obviously it is, and I’m more than a little curious as to how it’ll play out.
Episode 5.13 of Chicago P.D. is titled “Chasing Monsters” and airs Wednesday at 10/9c on NBC.
