Warning: Spoilers Ahead
As we saw at the end of last week’s episode, while Chili (Dora Madison) had promised she’d deal with the loss of her sister and her other personal problems, her doing shots with a group of guys at Molly’s didn’t make things look too promising. As it turns out, that assessment was pretty much on spot because Chili continues with her erratic behavior this Tuesday. Brett (Kara Killmer) learns by accident that Chili had been given the slip at her last job, and when confronted with this, Chili doesn’t respond very well. In fact, she decides to lash out in revenge, and trust me, when you see what Chili pulls, you’ll be screaming at the TV just like I was when I screened the episode.
In the meantime, we finally get the full picture as to what Homeland Security and Agent Ward are doing in Chicago. Multiple terrorist threats begin popping up all over Chicago, but Ward believes they are all hoaxes to divert first responders while the real, much bigger attack is coordinated. The target ultimately is a community center with multiple civilians trapped inside while shooters on the roof take out anyone who tries to escape as well as any emergency personnel who try to assist. So, in the end, it all rests on Firehouse 51 and Ambulance 61. But, with the shooters now on the inside going room to room shooting to death any remaining survivors, everyone must come together and think fast before there’s no one left to save. Very emotional, very heart-wrenching episode that you definitely won’t want to miss.
Episode 4.13 of Chicago Fire is titled “The Sky Is Falling” and airs Tuesday at 10/9c on NBC.
