As some of you know, I’m a horror and science fiction fiend, with series like The Walking Dead and The Strain topping my list of shows I watch and cover on a regular basis. However, after only a few weeks, FOX’s 24:Legacy is getting pretty damn close to making that list. The show’s format is nothing short of brilliant (and, **no** I never watched 24 — not a single episode), the fast pace is intoxicating, and the cast performances are top-notch. Needless to say, I’m more than a little excited for tomorrow and to see what happens next in this high-octane FOX series.
Last week’s episode left us with Rebecca (Miranda Otto) and Carter (Corey Hawkins) officially going rogue and moving forward with Eric’s plan of tracking down the arms-dealer, Gabriel. The hope is Gabriel helped getting the terrorists into the country, and thus, can lead Carter and Grimes to their location — well, for a price. Thanks to Andy (Dan Bucatinsky) sticking his neck out and risking his career, Carter now has his bargaining chip — the schematics for the Onyx defense system.
The official synopsis of tomorrow’s episode is “Carter and Grimes meet the leader of a smuggling ring to propose a deal to find the location of the terrorists. Also, an unexpected guest visits Amira and Khasan and the investigation of the leak continues.”

Now, let the speculation begin! I will admit I’m a tad bit nervous. Could it be that Andy’s former bf finally meets his demise? Locke sure came close a couple of weeks ago, and it would definitely explain the look of sorrow on Andy’s face in the Promotional Photos. Or, could that look be because Andy’s leaking the Onyx schematics is discovered, and he’s fired just like Mullins wanted to do from day 1? Either way, it sounds like we are in for a hell of a roller coaster ride, and so, it might be wise to keep the Jack Daniels close at hand.
