Warning: Spoilers Ahead
Tomorrow is the season 3 penultimate episode, and just like with any other series, expect it to be big. I have seen the episode, and trust me when I say that “big” is a massive understatement.
First, folks, yes, we do get to see Mrs. S sing, and she’s pretty damn good. Of course, this was at the beginning of her trip to London with Sarah and Felix and before everything blew to bloody hell in their search for the Castor original. The major reveal in the episode is Mrs. S, Sarah, and Fee do, in fact, find out who the Castor original is, and the only thing I will say is that no matter what speculation and wild-hair theories that are out there, no one — I mean absolutely no one — could have seen this one coming. Just hold onto the rails, everyone, because this one may just knock you out of your seat.
The other shocker in the episode is the identity of the Leda mole. I’ve been watching the chatter on Twitter, and some people think it’s Rachel. Then, there’s another pretty big group who thinks it’s Shay, especially given she saw Duncan’s book in the lab right before psychotic Rudy was found making himself at home in Scott’s apartment. Well, I will tell you right now that neither of them are is the spy. That’s it, no more hints. You’ll have to watch the episode yourself to find out.
Finally, we get some fantastic, and completely hysterical, scenes with Donnie and Helena. Ever since that cozy (and kinky!) little soap-making scene last week, I have been rooting for these 2 to get together. Well, the likelihood of that happening goes up ten-fold in tomorrow’s episode, and I’m beyond thrilled. Last week, Helena saw Donnie as big and strong, just her type it seems, and this week, Donnie does something major that makes him a hero in Helena’s eyes. So, how much do you think Helena likes Donnie now?
The season 3 penultimate episode of Orphan Black is titled “Insolvent Phantom of Tomorrow” and airs Saturday at 9/8c on BBC America.
