Unable to deal with Nadia’s death and with all the boozing evident in last week’s episode. Lindsey is quickly spiraling out of control. But, will it be the “banana peel” that Voight spoke of, the one thing that will cause her to lose perspective and quite possibly cost her her career?
In tonight’s finale, Retired Commander Perry (guest star Robert Ray Wisdom) enlists Voight (Jason Beghe) and the team to help extract his cop nephew from a unit of corrupt officers who are robbing drug dealers. When things go bad Voight must take down a younger, more violent version of himself. Meanwhile, Lindsay (Sophia Bush) struggles to stay clean. At the same time a woman from Olinsky’s (Elias Koteas) past reaches out to him.
The season 2 finale of Chicago P.D. is titled “Born Into Bad News” and airs tonight at 10/9c on NBC.
