In this week’s episode, the SVU team will be tapped to investigate the disappearance of a little boy. The kid vanished during a party hosted by his mother, and Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and the team quickly learn that almost all of the guests took drugs that fated night. While working the case, Benson won’t be able to stop herself from reflecting about her role as mother to little Noah. Obviously, the mother of the abducted kid should be blamed for what happened. And, with Benson’s adopted son roughly the same age as the other child, she can relate all too well to the situation.
Episode 18.08 of Law & Order: SVU is titled “Chasing Theo” and airs tonight at 9/8c on NBC.
