Last week, after realizing the fulgurite rock was actually one giant phone that Drill was using to communicate back to his home planet, Sean destroys the thing and nearly kills himself in the process. But, is it truly over now? Given how advanced of an entity that Drill is, I seriously doubt it as I’m sure Drill will find another method of communication. So, now, the race is on to locate Drill which is a tall order given the fact that no one can see him.
However, humanity may be in luck. In tomorrow’s episode, while on their quest to find Drill, Sean and Claire stumble on a man who had his own deadly encounter with Drill over 30 years ago. Does this man hold the answers to locating Drill and banishing him from Earth forever?
Episode 1.08 of The Whispers airs tomorrow night at 10/9c on ABC.
