In tonight’s episode, Claire, Sean, Wes and Lena attempt to unravel the past of Thomas Harcourt, who first encountered Drill over 30 years ago. If we believe what Thomas said in the big cliffhanger 2 weeks ago, he killed Drill 3 decades ago, and that the Drill here on Earth now must be a new one.
It was the best lead Claire and Wes had, but unfortunately, Drill sent Lena to kill him before he could talk. Will Thomas survive, and if so, what will they do to protect the one man who may have the answers to saving humanity.
Episode 1.09 of The Whispers is titled “Broken Child” and airs tonight at 10/9c on ABC.
